At Colegio Encinos we believe in the whole-child development of every student. That's why we offer after-school programs that build creativity, discipline and teamwork: chess, art, basketball, dance and robotics.

Chess

Concentration, memory, planning and learning to lose gracefully. Chess is one of the best schools of strategic thinking for elementary students.

Art

For those who love to create: more advanced techniques, projects that run several sessions and the chance to exhibit.

Basketball

Fundamentals, fitness and team play. Discipline, camaraderie and respect for the rules and the other team.

Dance

Coordination, rhythm and physical expression. The groups prepare routines for the school festivals.

Robotics

Building and programming robots beyond class time. This is where the teams that enter competitions like FIRST LEGO League get ready.
